Dashbone AI Trading Vault keeps user deposits in a transparent on-chain vault while the capital users choose to stake funds a 24/7 automated trading engine on Binance. The vault is live on BSC mainnet: users deposit USDT, stake it, and receive proportional share tokens. A whitelisted operator moves a capped share of staked capital (at most 80% of the vault's liquid balance) to Binance, where two rule-based desks run continuously on AI and RWA coins only, one desk per coin at a time: a spot desk buying pullbacks, and a USDⓈ-M futures desk trading longs and shorts at 3x isolated margin. Both use deterministic technical indicators (EMA, RSI, ATR), with no black-box AI in the trade path. Every trade is sized to risk about 1% of capital and protected by exchange-side stops. Realized profit is settled back on-chain roughly every 3 hours. Around the vault sit a community layer (feed, leaderboard, reputation) and an AI copilot for support and education. We take a 3% performance fee (capped at 5% on-chain) only on profit, which ties our revenue to user success. Solana support is coming soon.

The Problem

Automated, custody-preserving trading doesn't exist today

Trading complexity: profitable crypto trading requires 24/7 market monitoring, technical skill, and strict risk discipline — most retail users can't sustain any of the three.
Custody vs. control: centralized exchanges offer the deepest liquidity and best execution tools, but using them directly means handing over custody with no on-chain transparency into how funds are used.
Emotional, manual execution: retail traders panic-sell, over-leverage, and miss entries. Automated systems fix the discipline problem but are usually an opaque black box the user has to trust blindly.
Fee opacity: traditional platforms charge fixed fees regardless of performance, incentivizing mediocre returns.

1. On-Chain Vault (BSC Mainnet, Live)

Vault.sol + CEXStrategy.sol + FeeManager.sol are deployed on BSC mainnet; users deposit USDT and receive proportional share tokens
Deposit and stake are separate steps: an idle deposit earns nothing and can be withdrawn at any time; only staked capital funds trading and earns yield
At most 80% of the vault's liquid balance can be sent to the exchange (an on-chain cap); the rest stays on-chain
Withdrawals stay open even when the vault is paused; a withdrawal queue covers the case where too much capital is on the exchange at that moment

2. 24/7 Two-Desk Trading Engine

Both desks trade only Binance's AI and RWA sector coins, one desk per coin at a time: the spot desk takes longs, the USDⓈ-M futures desk takes longs and shorts at 3x isolated margin. Capital is split 30/70 between the two (spot/futures)
Every 75 minutes the bot re-scans the AI/RWA universe and keeps the top 30 coins by volume that have ≥$10M daily volume, have been listed ≥90 days, and are not stablecoins or tokenized gold
Up to 5 positions per desk, with no more than 40% of capital in any one coin; open shorts may commit at most 30% of the futures desk's margin
WebSocket-driven: live prices, candle closes, and order fills drive every decision

3. Trend-Following, Rule-Based Strategy

Longs (spot and futures): the trend must agree on the 1h, 4h, and daily charts; entries come on a 1h pullback to EMA21 with RSI between 40 and 60, and only while price is green on all three forming candles
Shorts (futures): coins closing below their fast EMA on every timeframe, entered on the 1h close
Every coin is judged on its own candles and volume only, with no BTC market gate. No new entries in the thin overnight window (17:00–02:00 UTC)
No LLM sits in the trade-decision path, so behavior is transparent and reproducible. The AI copilot is for support and education only and never places trades

4. Disciplined Risk & Exits

Each trade is sized so that hitting its stop loses about 1% of the desk's capital; spot and futures use the same limits
ATR-based stop-loss and take-profit, a breakeven trail, and a profit lock that banks small winners instead of letting them round-trip
24-hour max hold, and a 4-hour cooldown before re-entering a coin after any exit
Futures stops trigger on mark price, and an entry is refused unless the liquidation price is at least 3x further away than the stop

5. On-Chain Profit Settlement

Every ~3 hours, realized P&L from both desks (net of trading fees, including BNB-paid commissions) is read from Binance
The vault's share is sent back on-chain via CEXStrategy.returnFromCEX() + Vault.harvest()
Harvested profit vests over 24 hours, so nobody can deposit just before a harvest and capture it unfairly
Liquidity is reserved for pending withdrawals before the bot takes any new capital

6. User Safety

Auto-pause (kill switch) if the vault falls 10% from its high-water mark
48-hour timelock on strategy migrations; multisig owner
Withdrawals always open, even when paused or while capital is on the exchange
Fees are assessed on each user's own profit, using per-user cost basis

7. Fair, Performance-Based Fees

3% performance fee on profit only (hard-capped at 5% in FeeManager.sol, never on deposits)
Unstaking: the standard cooldown path pays only the profit fee. An optional immediate exit costs a flat 10–12%, which discourages hit-and-run capital
Lock timers are owner-adjustable but capped at 7 days on-chain

8. Beyond the Vault
